Timberline Adventures has been offering fully supported hiking and cycling tours for nearly 40 years. Our itineraries are more unique and extensive than you will find at the generic giants, taking you to the real gems and hidden treasures. Challenge, discovery and fun define Timberline Adventures’ trips, and as a small company we focus on offering the best possible customer service. Now our 3 day, Colorado itineraries can be booked for any day of the week, with a 4 person minimum, making it easier than ever!

What’s included?   All meals, transportation and support vehicle throughout the tour, experienced, full-service guides, entrance fees, maps and stories; bicycle rental on cycling tours.  Hotels can be added as an option.

What is not included?  Hassle, worry, hidden costs, (alcohol and guide gratuity excluded).

Cycling Getaway:  Aspen

Experience a moderate tour from Glenwood Springs, up the Roaring Fork Valley to Aspen.  Spend a day exploring the Maroon Bells, and end the tour with an exhilarating mountain pass.

Hiking Getaway: Rocky Mountain National Park

Take a Moderate tour in the iconic mountains of the west.  View waterfalls, high alpine lakes and wildlife.  Go above treeline to view the continental divide, then return to your comfortable lodge for a relaxing evening.

Cycling Getaway: Vail Valley

Enjoy an energetic cycling tour in the heart of ski country.  Each day is a new discovery of mountains, bike paths and hot springs.

Hiking Getaway: Rocky Mountain National Park

On This energetic tour you will climb to new heights, through forest, rocky slopes, and above treeline.  Alpine lakes, thundering falls, bugling elk, and a vibrant gateway town are calling you.

Hiking Winter Getaway: Rocky Mountain Snowshoe

An energetic tromp through the winter wonderland of the Rocky Mountains will wow you with the quiet and pristine wilderness.  By day we explore the forest and mountains, by night we relax by the fire, with a hot drink and a delicious meal.
