Hike Olympic National Park With an Expert Guide
Olympic National Park, situated in the heart of the Olympic Peninsula at land’s end in the northwestern corner of Washington, dominated by the towering glacier-capped peaks of the Olympic Range, stands as one of the last genuine wilderness regions in the “lower 48.” Much of the park can only be accessed on foot and the park’s 600 miles of trails are proof that the Olympics are a hiker’s fantasy-land.
An important element contributing to the fascination of Olympic National Park is the astounding diversity embraced within its boundaries. From the Pacific beaches of Kalaloch, through the rain forests of Quinault and the Hoh River, along the thunderous rivers of the Elwha, Bogachiel, and Quinault that carve spectacular deep gorges, to the soaring snowclad summits of Mount Olympus and the Bailey Range, Washington’s Olympic National Park offers an extraordinary adventure hiking opportunity. Please note that in order to reach these diverse areas, drives of up to two hours at a time on some of the days will be encountered.
It is this remarkable diversity that we capture in the course of our Olympic National Park Hiking Tour.
